| A PLACE TO WORSHIP We believe all of life is an act of worship, of declaring God's worth and glory. As such, what we do when we gather together on Sundays is both a culmination of and the beginning of a week full of worship.That means our corporate worship  of God is of great importance to us, and we are continually looking to delight in God. For millennia, God's people have raised their voices, engaged their minds, and bowed their bodies in worship of the Lord. we long to join our voices with theirs, as well as bring our own new song to the eternal chorus of saints. We invite you to come and join with us as we retell the story of God's redemption and offer the sacrifice of praise. |
A PLACE TO SERVE FBC West Point offers a multitude of ways to put your faith into practice and express the love of Christ. Within the church  itself there are opportunities to serve other Christians with your gifts and talents, from children straight up to senior adults. Whether it is teaching, assisting, singing,
driving, or volunteering your time in other ways, there is a place for you to grow and worship through your service. Outside the walls of the church FBC West Point is involved in a local food closet, the Chattahoochee Fuller Center Project to eliminate poverty housing, various outreach events to our community, and short-term mission projects both locally and in other states. |

knowledge of Jesus. Through corporate worship, small group Bible Study, fellowship, and service FBC offers you a place to grow in your faith and walk with the Lord. |
AN INVITATION First Baptist Church is a historic congregation of West Point. Like the city, the church has experienced many changes over the years. Yet, through all the ups and downs, God has been faithful and  gracious to those who have called this church home. Today, by God's grace, First Baptist stands at the beginning of a period of rebirth and renewal. As the glory of God's love and mercy in Christ Jesus are made a reality in our lives, we invite you to come and be a part of this community of faith. Please join us for worship this Sunday or for a meal on a Wednesday night. |
